On 18 March 2025, STAY project partners met for a series of online coordination meetings focused on final deliverables and project reporting. As the project approaches its official conclusion, this meeting played a crucial role in aligning partners around the last reporting tasks and dissemination efforts.
Wrapping Up with Quality and Impact
The agenda covered the preparation of several key elements:
- The final satisfaction survey for participants, volunteers, and club staff
- Partner contributions to the Final Project Report
- Finalisation of the Communication Report and Events Report
EMCA coordinated the process, ensuring that each partner contributed consistently and on time, and that dissemination efforts remain aligned across the network.
Translation and Shared Visibility
Special attention was given to the translation of e-learning presentations and project summaries, as well as their visibility on all partners’ platforms. The group reviewed the status of translated materials and agreed on timelines for publishing them across websites and social media.
Each translated presentation includes clear credit to the partner who supported its localisation, once again highlighting the collaborative and decentralised nature of the STAY project.
With the final reporting phase underway and deliverables nearing completion, this meeting underscored the shared commitment of all partners to ensure that the impact of STAY will continue beyond its formal end date of 31 May 2025.
